SCALA – Joseph Moore

Joseph Moore visited the studio with his guitar and notebook to perform some music and talk about his recent trip to the United States with Cath Kenneally. He treats us to a new song ‘The Train’ and a fan favourite ‘Summer Solstice’.

Heath Anthony popped into the studio to talk to Cath Kenneally and play two of his songs – ‘Early Morning Flight’ and ‘Sailor’s Grave’. Both of these songs are on his EP which will be on sale at Higher Ground this Thursday.

The smooth, mindful and ever so charming Corey Stewart, the consumate professional, talks to Cath Kenneally about SCALA’s FOOM competition, Artist programmed SCALA nights…. and his first solo CD ‘Seeing Stars’. Corey and band launch his CD at the Promethean on Sunday October 14th. Corey also performed ‘Back of My Mind’ and ‘Girl like You’.

SCALA – FOOM Songwriter’s Comp, Demo winner – Kyle Landman

From Dover to Adelaide, punk covers to original songwriter, Kyle Landmans’ journey brought him into the studio to talk with Cath Kenneally about his songwriting, influences and winning the Demo section in SCALA’s 2012 FOOM songwriting competition. Hear the interview and Kyle performing  One of Those Days and Broken Records, live in the studio.
