Some years ago a group of Adelaide composers were nicknamed The Firm. it stuck and their annual concert series is a highlight of the new music calendar in Adelaide. On Monday 15 in the Pilgrim Church they present a concert for those who disappeared from the Theresienstadt concentration camp. It features music of Victor Uhlmann who died in that camp and new works by local composers. Ewart Shaw spoke to Quentin Grant a founder of The Firm about the choice of Uhlmann as a theme composer.
